On 3-10-2023 a letter was brought to you postoffice in 10299 Marija Gorica and was supposed to be sent by registered mail to Belgium with the number GR357556655HR but.... as far as I can see, this letter is still with you.
How can this be, is there someone who does not want to send this letter ???????
For me this letter is valuable and I ask for an investigation !!
